Tami Parr is the writer behind Pacific Northwest Cheese Project, a blog devoted to all things artisan cheese. She's also the author of Artisan Cheese of the Pacific Northwest which was published by Countryman Press in 2009. She's continually amazed at the rich variety of experiences and adventures that have resulted from the simple act of starting a blog back in 2004.
