It’s official–the Eat Your Roots book tour is starting. While I have already had several events in Portland (book signing at Powell’s, roots-focused cooking class at FEAST, Beaverton Farmers Market book signing), I am heading out of state to share my excitement about all things roots. I will be teaching cooking classes, making appearances at bookstores, specialty stores, gourmet grocery shops, and connecting with celebrated chefs to host lunches and dinners focused on the recipes in my new book Roots: The Definitive Compendium with more than 225 Recipes.
